Information Sessions
Join us at one of our information sessions to learn more about becoming an RA. While these aren't mandatory, they are highly recommended as the information provided will help you smoothly navigate the application process. (Plus, you won't want to miss out on all the helpful tips our current staff will have to share with you!)
Check below for the dates, times and locations of these sessions. If you cannot attend any of these sessions, make sure to contact us no later than February 1, 2015.
Applications Due
Submit an application to us through www.americancampus.com/careers. Completed applications and supplemental documents must all be submitted no later than 10 pm on Monday, February 9.
Completed applications will consist of an online application, essay, and resume. In addition, applicants will need to submit two (2) letters of recommendation and a copy of their unofficial college transcript.

Group Interviews
All applicants who meet the general requirements and successfully submit all application materials in by the deadline will be sent an email, requesting that they register for one of two group interviews. Interviews will take place February 19 and 22.
Offer Letters
Congratulations! You've completed your voyage. Successful candidates will be asked to continue their journeys with us at this juncture. Offer letters will be sent out to candidates by the end of the day on March 31, 2015. Candidates who accept the position will be required to return to campus July 7-15, 2015 for training.
